Yes. You can cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice. Due to Direct Debit timing, one additional payment cycle may be collected after cancellation, which we’ll always explain clearly.
Each visit includes boiler and radiator checks, moisture and humidity readings, ventilation assessment, door and window checks, external visual checks and a Home Health Report with photos and recommendations.
We do both. Your report will highlight issues and we can quote for repairs through our handyman service. Subscribers receive discounted rates on eligible work.
We typically operate Monday to Friday, but can offer some Saturday availability depending on demand. We’ll always try to find a slot that works for you.
Yes. Standard and Premium plans include thermal imaging for key rooms or problem areas. These images are included in your Home Health Report.
